Copyright Protection
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the LocalDoc codebase, source files, UI/UX architecture, and underlying software algorithms, is the property of LocalDoc and protected by United States and International copyright laws.
Prohibited Actions
Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, mirroring, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works of LocalDoc without explicit, written authorization from the primary developer. Any attempt to replicate the "LocalDoc Ecosystem," including but not limited to the Document Studio, Slide Deck, or HTML Sandbox environments, will be met with immediate legal action.
Civil and Criminal Penalties
Unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted material may result in severe civil and criminal penalties under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and U.S. Copyright Act of 1976.
- Statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement.
- Recovery of attorney's fees and litigation costs.
- Court-ordered injunctions to cease all operations.
- Criminal prosecution for willful infringement.
